Call for Papers
We would like to invite you to submit your original and unpublished research work to the Tenth International Conference on Modeling, Simulation and Applied Optimization in Sharjah, UAE, November 18th-20th 2026. All papers will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in proceedings indexed in leading databases including Web of Science and Scopus.
To be published in the ICMSAO conference proceeding, at least one author must register at the regular rate even if the paper is presented by a student. Registration fees cover one paper to the proceeding; one additional paper will cost 120 USD; two or more additional papers will cost 200 USD for registering each additional paper.
All submitted manuscripts to ICMSAO27 will be checked by Similarity Check using iThenticate software to verify the originality of written work; therefore submissions with similar content to one or more sources will be flagged.

Call for Abstracts
One-page abstracts are welcomed but will NOT be included in the conference proceeding. A student poster competition is also organized during the conference.

Call for Special Session
We are welcoming proposals for special session. Sessions are organized by experts in a particular area within the main topics of the conference. The organizer of the session will be responsible for
- Advertising and inviting authors
- Coordinating the review process (at least two reviews per paper)
- Communicating with the session’s authors and ICMSAO organizers
- Coming to the conference in person to lead the session
